What is the cost of Buy to Let owners becoming a Joint Equity Investor Partner?

How much does it cost to join the Buy-
The Joint Equity fees are reasonable and transparent you the fee is made of 3 components
1 Registration Fee which is non refundable
2 A commitment fee which is refundable on successful sale to Joint Equity Owner.
3 A sales completion fee.

How much does it cost your buyer the Owner-
Nothing. However there is a £250 commitment fee which is fully refunded on completion.

What do I need to do next?
Send the details of your current investment property or properties you might want to crossover.
We need an identifier, which can be the road or town or whatever you know that property by, the value you think it has and the outstanding mortgage on it.
Do not send more than 4 properties in the first instance, if you want to go ahead with more we can add them later.
Remember we can only convert properties that cost less than £250,000
We will complete an Illustration with a number of options.
